Commission Info - Terms & Conditions

1. Serapheir has the right to decline a commission for any reason.

2. Usage. By default and unless otherwise discussed, illustration commissions are for Personal Use only. This means you can share your commission online on your personal social media (while giving credit to Serapheir), use for your personal hobbyist projects, gift to friends or family, or to enjoy in your own private space. Serapheir also holds the right to post your commission on social media or on her portfolio.

If you require a commercial license this must be agreed upon between you & Serapheir and financial compensation will be adjusted to reflect this.

In any case, use of Serapheir's artwork is absolutely prohibited in any NFT, AI, or blockchain spaces.

3. Payment structure. 50% payment up front (after agreement of the commission, before work has begun) and 50% upon completion of the commission. Once the full payment is received, the completed full-resolution files will be delivered to you digitally.

4. Resolution (size in pixels) for an illustration commission will be at least 2480 x 3508px (A4 at 300dpi) but can be adjusted per your requirements. This full-resolution file will be delivered to you upon full payment.

5. Revisions. Each illustration tier gets granted the right to a number of revisions, this means you can advise changes to the artwork before the final piece is completed. Once the final piece is completed, it is up to Serapheir's discretion to make changes at your request, depending on the size of the change. Please advise changes you want made, earlier, rather than later.

Basic Tier - 1 Revision (before adding colour)

Refined Tier - 2 Revisions (1 at sketch phase, 1 at refinement/colour phase)

Rendered Tier - 2 Revisions (1 at sketch phase, 1 at refinement/colour phase)

6. Delivery Estimate. Depending on the tier chosen, the estimated timeframe for completion of your artwork will change. Sketch - within 2 weeks. Refined - within 1 month. Rendered - within 2 months. If you have a particular deadline for the artwork, just let Serapheir know in advance!

7. Refunds. Only in the instance that Serapheir is unable to complete your commission due to circumstances out of your control will you receive a refund. A partial refund may be considered if work has already begun or is partway through completion of your piece when it needs to be cancelled. There are no refunds for change-of-minds.

8. Credit. In any instance where the commissioned artwork is viewable online, credit must be given to Serapheir in an accessible location on that post/page where practical - eg, in the description of a post, or in a channel section on Twitch.
